HOW TO PRODUCE SOAP USING SEMI-COLD PROCESS FOR 1KG SOAP
Add half (1/2) kg or light Ash one half (11/2)
kg of cold process to the cold-process to become semi-cold process.
CAUTION:
1.
Caustic soda and soda Ash are EXTREMELY
caustic and can cause burns if splashed on the skin. It could cause blindness
if spattered in the eyes.
2.
Use caution when adding Iye (caustic
soda and potash) to cold water, when stirring caustic (Iye) and when pouring
the liquid soap into moles. If it is spilled on skin, wash immediately with
cold water.

never to hot water because the chemical action heats the cold water to the
boiling point. It also produces harsh fumes which are harmful if breathed
deeply. Stand back and avert the head while the caustic soda is dissolving. The
use of gloves, glasses and draft vents is recommended. Because of these
dangers, it is best to keep small children far from the place while soap is
being produced. Avoid using aluminum containers to dissolve caustic soda.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
•Feasibility
study on catfish farming business, using two plot of land of 100ft by 100ft, in
Agbarho, Ughelli
North Local Government Area of Delta State, as a case study.
•
Agbarho
traditional rulership has been by the 'Osuivie' who rules with an advisory body
comprising traditional chiefs from whom the chronologically foremost in the
chieftaincy institution succeeds the Osuivie. There is also an administrative
body known as Agbarho Urhobo Improvement Union (AUIU) which has the
responsibility of development and policy making.
•Farming
business is a lucrative business and also an important sector of the economy
that can provide significant, economic, and social impact which will affect the
general public positively, both in food provision, skill acquisition,
employment opportunities and many more…..
•After
carrying out the feasibility study on Agbarho
community, it was discovered that farming generally will do
well both on crop and animal production.
•For
catfish farming business, there is good market for them since there are big
markets in Ughelli
sourth ,agbarho, effurun, warri areas,
nearby towns with many dispatch outlets like; hotels,
spotlights, bars, bakeries, event planners, families all around.
Investing twenty one
million, forty two thousand, one hundred and thirty five naira (N21, 042,135(÷
160) →$132,000)
on catfish
farming business on 2plots of land is a very lucrative
one. Using profitability index to determine how lucrative the business is, we
got a viable result of 1.21% returns on business in the fifth year. That tells
us that, after the fifth year, the business will break-even and your profit
projection will emerge. (That means; the business as been able to pay back its
initial investment and still have enough money to run its affairs successfully
without any help from any source).
