The Company

BANL International Limited is seeking a person who is willing to take up challenges and has strong

passion in Agriculture, for the establishment of the above farm.

Responsibilities include the follow:

• Developing, managing, and mentoring the greenhouse team to ensure harvests is in line with industry forecast.
• Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives without close supervision
• Monitor crop health including pest and disease management.Manage relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, community and ensure that farm activities comply with government regulations.
• Setting budget with management and keeping of all greenhouse financial records.
• The successful candidate will help with the day to day greenhouse operations of planting/transplanting, staking, pruning, fertigation, climate management, environment control, irrigation control, and harvesting.
• Overall management in the aspect of the greenhouse.
• Ensuring good agricultural practices are implemented.
• Coordinate crop growing, harvest and packaging.
• Management of greenhouse personnel.
